I need fast shipping. What is the processing time?
We process orders as quickly as possible — usually within 1–3 business days. If your order is urgent, please contact us at info@kamenajewellery.com or by phone. We will do our best to prioritize your order.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes — you are welcome to visit our boutique in Gdynia, Poland, at Żołnierzy I Armii Wojska Polskiego 2. Open Tuesday–Friday 11:00–18:00 and Saturdays 12:00–15:00.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes — as long as your order has not yet been packed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@kamenajewellery.com
Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Product Availability
The product is out of stock — when will it be available again?
We restock our collections regularly, but some pieces may be temporarily unavailable. Use the “Notify me when available” option to receive an update as soon as the product is back.
Jewelry & Materials
What materials are used in Kamena jewelry?
We create jewelry using natural stones sourced in Poland — such as nephrite, opal, and other carefully selected minerals. These are combined with silver, 14k gold (585), brass, and high-quality gold plating to create timeless, elegant designs.
Will my jewelry look exactly like the photos?
We strive to present our jewelry as accurately as possible. However, natural stones are unique, so slight variations in color and pattern may occur.
Can I match jewelry to a set?
Yes — send us a photo of your existing piece and we will help you select jewelry with a similar stone tone and character.
Is your jewelry suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes — most of our jewelry is nickel-free. Detailed material information is provided for each product.
Do you offer silver designs in solid gold (585)?
Some of our designs are available in 14k gold (585) — you can find them in the “Gold 585” section of our store. At the moment, we do not create custom gold versions of other models.

Can I change the stone in a design?
In some cases, yes. The cost of customization is 5 EUR per piece. Contact us at info@kamenajewellery.comfor details.
Can I order a different metal version?
In many cases, yes. Contact us to check available options. The cost of customization is 5 EUR per piece.
Do you create custom jewelry?
Currently, due to a high volume of orders, we do not offer custom-made designs.
Do you offer engraving?
Yes — selected designs can be engraved. Please check the engraving category or contact us.

How do I choose the correct ring size?

Is the jewelry gift-ready?
Yes — each piece is packaged in an elegant box with a stone description. Perfect for gifting.

Yes — you can request additional packaging options (such as ribbon or gift bag) at checkout. We also offer premium wooden boxes.

Yes — you have 14 days to return your order. Personalized items are non-refundable.

If repair is possible and covered by warranty, we will gladly assist. If not, we may recommend a trusted local jeweler.

How should I care for natural stone jewelry?
Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals. Store your jewelry in a dry place.
How do I clean my jewelry?
Use a soft cotton cloth for regular cleaning. For deeper cleaning, use professional jewelry cleaning products or consult a jeweler.
Is the jewelry waterproof?
Fresh water is generally safe, but we recommend removing jewelry before contact with water — especially saltwater or chemicals.
Does gold plating wear off?
Our jewelry is plated with 24k gold (1–2 microns) and protected with passivation. With proper care, it will last for a long time. Re-plating is possible if needed.
