The Seller processes Client data in accordance with applicable law and maintains confidentiality. The purpose of processing the Buyer’s data by the Seller, as provided by the Buyer in relation to purchases in the Store, is to fulfill orders. The legal basis for processing personal data includes:
The Seller does not transfer, sell, or share the collected personal data of Buyers with other entities, except for providing data to the Seller's trusted partners solely to fulfill the purchase-sale contract between the Client and the Seller or to carry out the Seller's marketing activities.
The Buyer has the right to access, correct, update, and delete their personal data at any time.
